The Mid-Atlantic Cup utilizes a representative of the home team at each game to serve as the field manager. This is a very important position. The field manager notifies tournament headquarters of any major injuries or issues on their field, and also is responsible to turn in the game scorecard to tournament HQ after the game. Field managers are given a walkie-talkie to be in communication with tournament headquarters.
